How to Place Order

Shopping at SM Traders is easy! Follow this step-by-step guide to place your order in less than two minutes:

Step 1: Find Your Products
- Search through our store collections to find the items you love.
- Click on the product image, select the quantity, and press "Add to Cart".

Step 2: Go to Checkout
- Click the Cart Icon in the top menu to view your selected items.
- Verify everything looks correct, then click the "Check Out" button.

Step 3: Enter Your Delivery Info
- Type in your name, email, active phone number, and detailed address (including city, area, and prominent nearby landmarks).

Step 4: Select Payment Method
- Choose the payment route that works best for you i.e Cash on Delivery (COD)

Step 5: Place Order
Review your final totals including shipping, and click "Complete Order".

Save your Order ID for future tracking and customer support reference.

Step 6: Confirmation Call/SMS

To prevent fake or duplicate orders, a member of the SM Traders team will send a verification text or call your mobile number. Your order is officially processed and shipped out right after validation!
