We offer a strict 7-Day Return and Exchange window starting from the day your package is delivered.

What Happens if an Item Arrives Faulty?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item is broken, defective, or if you received the wrong order:
1. Reach out to our customer support via WhatsApp within 48 hours.
2. Send us your Order ID along with an unboxing video or pictures of the damaged item.
3. We will issue a complete replacement or refund. In instances of faulty products, SM Traders will bear the cost of re-shipping.

General Return Conditions
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind:
1. The product must remain completely unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original retail packaging.
2. The customer will be responsible for sending the item back to our shipping hub and covering the delivery courier costs.
3. Items bought during major sales/promotions are eligible for exchange only if they are defective.

Refund Timeline
After our team receives and checks the condition of your returned package, we will process your request within 2 to 4 working days.

Please note that refunds are only issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Cash refunds are against our store policy.
